THE APOSTOLIC VISIT OF THE GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT TO NIGER DISTRICT.

The General Superintendent, Assemblies of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor during his visit yesterday at Assemblies of God Church (A.k.a. Antioch) Minna Niger State where he welcomed our brethren that returned  from TST family because of the crisis.

The General Superintendent Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor delivered a powerful message titled " Time for Total Restoration" the text was taken from the book of Joel 2:25, Hosea 14:4.
Joel 2:25
[25]And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.
Hosea 14:4
[4]I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.
During his message he stated that God is the Restorer, He is not the Nigerian Politicians that can promise and fail.

He said God is Sovereign and able to do all the things he Promised us.
He went further to say that God will take you back to the Original order.

He stated that God will Restore all the years that locust,  caterpillar and cacaworms have destroyed, He will restore them all.
He mentioned the case of Samson that went down -Judges 12:13.
He stated that during the time of Samson from Power demonstration to harlotry.

Samson said I will go out and do as before not knowing that the glory has departed from him. He went further to said that as Christians  we should know that Mercy has an end.  Judges 16:28. But when Samson had fallen he called on the Lord to Restore.
Judges Vs 22 and 23 stated that Samson's hair began to grow again, that is restoration.

The GS stated the story of the prodigal son who after wasting his father's wealth later came and the father forgave him. He also mentioned Peter after denying Jesus for three times still Jesus forgave him.

He stated that whenever one takes a decision he must take a step to show seriousness.
He ended by saying that the General Council is committed to receiving any one that is returning back and also reinstated them because they are part of the church.
After the message they were called out and prayed for.

The General Superintendent later appointed the Leaders that will Lead the Niger District.
They are:

Rev. Samuel Etukudo -(Acting D Sec.)
Rev. S. O.  Nwachukwu -( Acting DT)
Rev. Zakka Katuka - Member
Rev. Joshua Azaman - Member
Rev.  Inimiya Musa -Member.

The  General Superintendent Assemblies of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor thanked His Royal Majesty Bawa Jetta for his efforts in getting others to join him in knowing the truth. The GS prayed for His Royal Majesty and the New Leaders of Niger District.

The Three District Superintendent's of Abuja, the General Secretary Rev Dr Godwin Amaowoh and Rev Dr Gabriel Michael EC member Representing Northern zone 1 were in attendance.
