TODAY AS I CELEBRATE THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT PERSONS IN MY LIFE MY MOM AND MY GRANDMA.   Mom, you are the best in the world. This is not because you are my mother. You have shown your greatness by rising above the tribulations and trials of life. You are an incredible person to me Mom, you are a woman with a pure heart. Your joy is absolutely contagious. Your love is always unconditional. My most valuable treasure is you. Mom, I’m so honored to be your child. It’s more than blessing for me to have you as my lovely mother. U are the only person in this world whom I can completely trust. You are the one who will never let me down whatever the situation is. I hope I’ll get the same opportunity to do something for you. All your life, your prayers have always been for our happiness. Today, my prayer is for you. God is so kind that he has blessed me with an amazing mother like you. How fortunate I’m. What Controls You – Earthly Desires or Heavenly Ones? “ The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more. ” (Romans 5:20 NIV)  We must be careful about what we desire. Desiring only earthly things, with no thought of the eternal implications, is a formula for disaster.  “ For, as I have often told you before and now tell you again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ ” (Philippians 3:18–20, NIV).  It is critical that the resurrection power of Christ be at work in our life.
